It has been a busy month at Swivle. We are very happy to share some major product updates in this issue of our newsletter:

  • Release of the public API
  • Password-protection layer for the Portals
  • CC2018 support for our Adobe InDesign plugin
  • ‘Drag and drop’ support for moving of files

The Swivle API is live!
With Swivle we aim to streamline your file management and to provide the best central repository for your files. This means we want to make it as simple as possible to integrate Swivle in your daily workflow, by connecting it to your other tools and processes. This is now a whole lot easier with the release of the public API. By using this API you can automate parts of your workflow and connect Swivle for example to your website, CRM, ERP or PIM system.
You can check out our Help Center for more information or go to our API reference page for all the technical details.
Want to get started with the API? Just drop us an e-mail for more info and a personal quote.

Protect your public Portal with a password
Last month we released the public Portals. This month we have added a password protection layer, which means you can protect your Portal assets by choosing your own password. Ideal for a partner, reseller or client Portal! And what about an internal Portal where your colleagues can find the latest material?

CC2018 support for the Adobe InDesign plugin
We have updated the Adobe InDesign plugin with support for Creative Cloud 2018. You can download the latest version here.

'Drag and drop' to move files
One of our most popular feature request was the support for ‘drag and drop’ when moving files. From now on you can just select the assets you want to move, and drag them to the right folder in the folder browser. A huge time saver!
